During my recent stay at Bailbrook, I was truly impressed by the exceptional level of service and the warm ambiance that transcended my high expectations. The staff, especially Ramen at reception, were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me locate a lost earring, which made my experience feel personal and caring. The cosy room featured top-notch heating that ensured a comfortable retreat from the chilly weather, and the tea and coffee facilities, complete with an electric kettle, allowed for a delightful, homely touch. the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore Bath, and I found the excellent breakfast-cooked to order and served by attentive staff-was the perfect start to each day.
